Wail Yas Nassir earned his MSc. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology (UOT), Baghdad, Iraq in 2005. Wail earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from military college of engineering, Baghdad, Iraq in 2000.
Nassir is a faculty member in the Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering Department at the University of Technology (UOT) 2006-2017, and a faculty member in the Communication Engineering Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2017.
