Jamal Rasool earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical engineering at the Minsk University. Jamal earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Communication engineering from the University of Odessa, Ukraine in 1982. Bilal is a faculty member in the Communication Engineering Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2015; where he became a lecturer at the Department.
His research interested focus on antenna design and the simulation of electrical Metamaterial and filters design for wireless communication.
