Emad Shehab Ahmed Alsarraj earned his bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq in 1982. Emad earned his Master’s and Ph.D. degree’s in Radar and Communication Engineering from the Former Military College of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, Baghdad, Iraq, in 1990 and 2002 respectively. Emad was a faculty member in the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2003, he became the Head of Communication Engineering Division, Department of Electrical Engineering at the UOT in 2011. Emad became the Head of Communication Engineering Department at the UOT in 2015. Emad is a faculty member in the Communication Engineering Department at the University of Technology (UOT) since 2016.
His research interested focus on modeling, design and simulation of microwave circuits and antennas.
